About Returns
Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a product? Yes, absolutely. If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
However, for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must include all corresponding parts and accessories and be properly packaged.

The product must have been handled with care, with no damage caused by misuse.

For products involving hygiene reasons, they must be perfectly clean before starting the return process.

If the product was received faulty, this must be duly proven.
We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer. Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved during this period.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products that are not the result of an error on our part.
How to make a return? If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate the return:

We will then provide you with the return address. Do not send the parcel back to the sender. It is mandatory to contact us beforehand to obtain the correct address.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. All returns must be sent, at the customer's expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
