Prices and Payments 3.1 All prices indicated in our shop include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated) and are expressed in euros (€). 3.2 Payment can be made via the methods available at checkout, such as credit card, PayPal, or other methods offered by our payment gateway. 3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery 4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location but generally ranges between 7 and 14 business days. 4.2 Leon and Lou is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, strikes, or events beyond our control. 4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect data.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns 5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without needing justification. 5.2 To exercise the right of return, the customer must first contact us by email at: contact@leonandlou.com, indicating: Order Number, Reason for Return, Full Name, Address, and Photos of the product (in case of defect). 5.3 Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided via email). 5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all its accessories, clean, and in its original packaging. 5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum period of 7 business days. 5.6 We reserve the right to reject returns of products that are used, damaged, or returned without valid justification.

6. Legal Warranty 6.1 All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity established by current legislation. 6.2 In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or, in certain cases, a refund, provided the defect was not caused by misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 Leon and Lou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the website. 7.2 We reserve the right to modify the content of the site at any time without prior notice.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 8.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the legislation of the country from which Leon and Lou operates. 8.2 Any dispute related to the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be resolved by the competent courts of the consumer's domicile.
